Robin K. Henley is an attorney at Henley & Henley, Attorneys at Law in Annapolis, Maryland, where he practices in the areas of criminal defense, family law and personal injury law. Mr. Henley has more than a decade of experience with a wide range of complex issues. He represents clients in the Baltimore metropolitan area, as well as in Anne Arundel, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico and Worcester counties.

Mr. Henley is the recipient of several awards and honors for his successful case results over his years in practice. The National Trial Lawyers named him one of the “top 100 trial lawyers” and one of the “top 40 under 40.” In 2018, What’s Up? Media named him a “Leading Legal Professional.”

In addition to managing his law practice and caseload, Mr. Henley stays involved in his legal community through serving leadership roles in various professional organizations. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and a former president and vice president of the Queen Anne’s County Bar Association. He is also a fellow in the Maryland Bar Foundation.

Additionally, Mr. Henley is active in the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association. Over the years, he has served on the organization’s board of directors and in several positions, including president, first and second vice president, and treasurer.

Mr. Henley earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He obtained his license to practice law in 2005, which made him eligible to appear before all Maryland state courts.
